Benjamin Construction files for bankruptcy - Triangle Business Journal:

The company lists $2.34 million in assets and $4.866 million in liabilities in itsbankruptcy petition, filed last week. A Chaptere 11 filing gives a company protection from its creditord while it tries to work out a plan of InBenjamin Construction's case, a number of subcontractors have filef suit against the company in Durham and Forsyth counties, each saying they’rr owed as much as hundredss of thousands of dollars.
