The Highlands Ranch-based apartment owner'w locator app allows users to search apartmentsby location, price, and number of bedroom s and bathrooms. It offers photos, amenitiex lists and floor plans oflistef apartments, and prices are updated daily. The app where the user is located through GPS technology and can offef maps and directions toselectecd apartments. Users can save the apartments they choose in afavoritexs folder, and even place a hold on an apartment unti l the user can visit. UDR said the application currently offere apartmentsin Arizona, Florida, Maryland, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washingtob state as well as Washington, D.C.
