The Highlands Ranch-based apartment owner's locatoe app allows users to search apartmentsby price, and number of bedroomzs and bathrooms. It offers amenities lists and floor plans oflisted apartments, and priced are updated daily. The app "knows" where the user is locatex through GPS technology and can offef maps and directions toselecteed apartments. Users can save the apartments they choosr in afavorites folder, and even placer a hold on an apartment until the user can UDR said the application currently offers apartments in California, Florida, Maryland, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washingtonh state as well as Washington, D.C.
The app is availablwe through Apple's online iStore or for free downloaxdby .
